Order Processing

All items are made to order. Please allow 2–7 business days for production before your order ships.

During holidays, product launches, or periods of high demand, processing times may be slightly longer.

Shipping Times

Estimated shipping times after production:

• United States: 3–7 business days
• Canada: 7–14 business days
• International: 10–21 business days

Please note that shipping times are estimates and cannot be guaranteed.

Tracking Information

Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email containing tracking information. Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking updates to appear.

Incorrect Shipping Information

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at checkout.

If an order is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address, additional shipping charges may apply to reship the package.

Lost or Stolen Packages

The Black Swan Collective is not responsible for packages marked as delivered by the carrier but subsequently lost or stolen. If your package cannot be located, we recommend contacting the shipping carrier directly to file a claim.

International Orders

Customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees imposed by their country.
