Refund Policy

At The Black Swan Collective, each item is made especially for you once your order is placed. Because our products are created on demand, please review your order carefully — including size charts — before completing your purchase.

Returns & Exchanges

As all products are made-to-order, we do not accept returns or exchanges for incorrect size selection, change of mind, buyer's remorse, or preference changes after an order has been placed. Please refer to our size charts before ordering. If you have questions about sizing, we're happy to help before you purchase.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 14 days of delivery with your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photos of the item and packaging. Once reviewed, we will provide a replacement or refund if the issue is the result of a manufacturing or fulfillment error.

Order Cancellations

Orders may be canceled within 2 hours of purchase. After this window, production may have already begun and we cannot guarantee cancellation.

European Union — 14-Day Right of Withdrawal

If your order is shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return it within 14 days for any reason, without justification. To be eligible, the item must be in the same condition as received — unworn, unused, with tags and original packaging — along with proof of purchase.

Refund Processing

Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method. Depending on your financial institution, please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear.
