At The Black Swan Collective, each item is made especially for you once your order is placed. Because our products are created on demand, we kindly ask that you review your order carefully before completing your purchase.

Returns & Exchanges

We do not accept returns or exchanges for:

  • Incorrect size selection
  • Change of mind
  • Buyer’s remorse
  • Preference changes after an order has been placed

Please refer to our size charts before ordering. If you have questions about sizing, we're happy to help before you purchase.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 14 days of delivery.

Please include:

  • Your order number
  • A description of the issue
  • Clear photos of the item and packaging

Once reviewed, we will gladly provide a replacement or refund if the issue is determined to be the result of a manufacturing or fulfillment error.

Order Cancellations

Orders may be canceled within 2 hours of purchase. After this period, production may have already begun, and we cannot guarantee cancellation.

Refund Processing

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Depending on your financial institution, refunds may take 5–10 business days to appear in your account.
